The government of the Ulyanovsk region annually allocates tens of million roubles for the development of gardening infrastructure in the region. The funds are channelled to build approach roads to gardening associations, improve water supply systems, and repair electricity mains. Last weekend the Governor Sergey Morozov held a meeting with the representatives of gardening associations to sum up the results of achievements and efforts and to discuss future plans.

The construction and modernisation of approach roads for gardening associations is one of the focus areas for development. Over 80 km of roads have been already built and repaired. We now provide the gardens with electricity. During the support programme, 107 km of electricity lines were provided and reconstructed. This year 50 km of water supply pipelines have been replaced in the Ulyanovsk region.
